The Graham site is a unique 460-acre site bounded by four-lane SR 16 to the 0rth and Genesee & Wyoming's CUOH Railroad main lin to the south. Site is divisible and aerial photo shows hypothetical split. Access to site off of SR 586, which interchanges with SR 16 and Raiders Road. Topography is flat. Two electric transmission lines cross the site. Village of Frazeysburg WWTP is about a mile to the east. Attached PDF shows locations of electric and WWTP. Water & sewer line extensions and capacity upgrades possible. The site is over the Big Injun Aquifer, and wells will produce prolific water amounts. Minimal floodplain area. Grant, TIF, and JEDD possible to fund utility improvements. Unzoned township but 0t far from Longaberger manufacturing campus on other side of Frazeysburg. Data trunk line runs along SR 16. 8" gas line on site. Based on communication with The Energy Cooperative, an upgrade of that pipeline infrastructure and a new interconnect with either Dominion Transmission or Columbia Pipeline Group Transmission lines are possible. This would allow access to either a 26" diameter transmission line or an 18" transmission line, both of which are existing and capable of providing 35 million cubic feet/day. New pipe would run 2 - 2.5 miles. All work could be designed and completed within a 12-18-month time frame. Handful of traffic lights via 4-lane SR 16 between site and I-270 (Columbus).
