Conesville Industrial Park includes more than 2,500 acres of land south of Cleveland and east of Columbus and is ideal for industry, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics operations. Frontier Group of Companies, a company specializing in brownfield reuse and redevelopment, purchased the site from AEP. Plans for the Industrial Park included first dismantling obsolete structures along with site clean-up, remediation, and environmental monitoring, as well as industrial materials recovery and reuse.
