Genesse & Wyoming has four operations in Mississippi covering nearly 200 miles of track and employing roughly 65 community members.

Gulf Coast
Railway (AGR)
AGR's route begins in Columbus, Mississippi, crosses into Alabama and continues down to Pensacola, Florida. AGR offers tremendous access to the broader North American freight-rail network with connections to BNSF (in Armory), Canadian National (in Mobile), CSX (in Linden, Alabama, and Mobile as well as Cantonment, Florida), CPKC (in Columbus), Norfolk Southern (in Mobile, Kimbrough, Demopolis and Boligee, Alabama), as well as fellow short line Terminal Railway (in Mobile) and rail-ferry operation CG Railway (in Mobile). It also connects to fellow short line Golden Triangle Railroad in Columbus.
Columbus and Greenville
Railway (CAGY)
CAGY serves customers from Columbus to West Point and from Greenwood to Greenville. It offers customers connections to the broader North American freight-rail network via interchanges with Class Is BNSF (in Columbus), Canadian National (in Greenwood), CPKC (in Aretesia) and Norfolk Southern (in Columbus), as well as fellow short line Golden Triangle Railroad (in Columbus).
Luxapalila Valley Railroad (LXVR)
The 35-mile LXVR runs from Belk, Alabama, to Columbus, where customers of the short line can access several Class I networks, including BNSF, CPKC and Norfolk Southern.
Meridian & Bigbee Railroad (MNBR)
MNBR operates CPKC's line from Meridian, Mississippi, to Myrtlewood, Alabama, where customers can access either CSX's or CPKC's route.
