CWRY Tariff Documents

Commonwealth Railway is a 17-mile rail line serving the Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia.  Communities directly serviced by the CWRY include Suffolk and Portsmouth.  The CWRY’s largest customer is the APM Terminals port operation in Portsmouth.  This terminal is linked by vessel strings to points around the globe.  The CWRY will also exclusively service the future Craney Island Terminal now under development by the Virginia Port Authority.  CWRY maintains a connection with Norfolk Southern in Suffolk, where a future gateway with CSX will also be opened.
