Mark Sheffield, mechanical supervisor at GWI's South Buffalo
Railway Company, won the 2011 Harold F. Hammond Award recognizing
an individual railroad employee who demonstrated outstanding safety
achievement. He is the only employee of a short line railroad to
ever win this honor. GWI was thrilled to provide this video that
was played at the award ceremony in Washington, DC.
